DGB Innovations
The DGB Innovations studio
Web · Brand · AI · Clarkesville, GA
DGB Innovations is a focused web, brand, and AI studio for businesses that want to look like the most established name in the room. We work with a small number of clients at a time so each project gets real attention.
Do not take our word for it.
Call the assistant below and talk to it out loud. It is the same AI receptionist we put on a client’s phone line, answering as us. Ask it something hard.
AI voice receptionist
Call the front desk
This is the same voice assistant we put on a restaurant's phone line. Press call and ask what a caller would: pricing, timelines, or to book.

DGB Front Office · In development
Every call answered. Every quote chased. One number every morning.
DGB Front Office is the system we are building for home service shops. Calls, texts, web forms and marketplace leads land in one place, every open quote gets a follow-up, and you get one text at 7 AM with what happened yesterday.
In development. We are taking three founding shops for a 90-day pilot.
What it will do
Front desk
When you miss a call or it comes in after hours, the AI texts the customer back within a minute, says it is an AI, and books the job or hands it to you. It only quotes prices you approved, like your after-hours fee.
One inbox
Calls, texts, your website, Google, Facebook and Angi in one thread per customer. The AI drafts each reply. You tap send.
Quote follow-up
A check-in on day 2 and week 2 for every open estimate, with a deposit link so the customer can hold the date.
Reviews
A review request after every paid job. Every customer gets one, not only the happy ones.
Morning text
At 7 AM you get yesterday's leads, who is still waiting, which quotes to chase, and the money that came in or is still owed.
How we count results
Your results page counts only money that landed: dollars paid on jobs that started as a call nobody could answer. It never shows a forecast. Your monthly fee sits on the same page, so you can compare the two yourself.
What it is not
It does not replace Jobber or Housecall Pro. Scheduling, dispatch and invoicing stay where they are. DGB Front Office handles the part those tools miss: the calls, texts and quotes that slip before a job ever gets booked.
The terms
Six months, then month to month. Your phone number and your data are in your name, and they leave with you.
Who it is for first
HVAC, plumbing, restoration and roofing shops with two or more trucks. Med spas are next.
A clear path from call to launch.
Fixed scope, fixed timeline, no surprises. You always know what happens next.

If the first design direction is not right for you, you can walk away and owe nothing for it.
The things people ask before they book.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, the discovery call is the fastest way to get it.
How much does a website cost?
From $750 for a one-page site, up to $2,000 for a full site with brand identity. You get one fixed price agreed up front, with no scope creep and no surprise invoices.
How long until my site is live?
A one-page Launch site is usually live in about one to two weeks. A full multi-section site runs two to four weeks, mostly depending on how quickly we get your content and feedback.
Do I own everything when it is done?
Yes. The code, the content, and the domain are yours. There is no proprietary builder to stay locked into and no platform that holds your site hostage.
What do you need from me to start?
Your goals, plus any logo, photos, or copy you already have. If you do not have those yet, that is fine. We sharpen the message and guide the rest during the project.
Do I have to handle hosting and updates myself?
Only if you want to. We can manage hosting, security, and edits for a flat monthly care plan, or hand everything off so you run it yourself. Your call.
Why custom code instead of Wix or Squarespace?
Custom-coded sites load faster, rank better, and look bespoke instead of templated. You also skip the monthly platform tax and own the site outright.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can rebuild on a faster, cleaner foundation and carry over whatever is already working, so you keep your equity and lose the parts holding you back.
What if I do not like the design?
If the first design direction is not right for you, you can walk away and owe nothing for it. The risk of starting sits with us, not you.
