• Booking information when you schedule a call through our third-party scheduler. That provider collects the details you enter to book the meeting.
• Usage information collected automatically, such as pages viewed and general device and browser data, through privacy-friendly analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to respond to your enquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, provide and improve our services, and operate and secure this website. We do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and records standard request data (your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address.
• Google Analyticscounts visits and shows us which pages are read. It sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Web3Forms delivers what you type into the contact form to our inbox and processes it only to deliver it.
• Cal.com handles call scheduling. The details you enter to book a meeting are collected by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
• The AI receptionist demo on this site is run by DGB Innovations. What you type into it is sent to our AI model provider to generate the reply, is not used to train any model, and is not used for advertising.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DGB Innovations, our clients, or others.

4. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics, both described above, to measure aggregate usage. Google Analytics sets cookies; Vercel Web Analytics does not. We run no advertising pixels and do not sell or share your data for cross-site advertising, which is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss. Because Google Analytics is the only cookie-setting tool, the opt-out add-on above or your browser's cookie settings switch it off completely. This site does not change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.

5. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide services you request, and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
