1. Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide when you email us or submit an inquiry, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the contents of your message.
• Booking information when you schedule a call through our third-party scheduler. That provider collects the details you enter to book the meeting.
• Usage information collected automatically, such as pages viewed and general device and browser data, through privacy-friendly analytics.
• Voice demo calls when you press “Start the call” on the AI voice receptionist demo. Your voice is streamed from your microphone for the length of the call, and the call audio and a written transcript may be recorded.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, provide and improve our services, and operate and secure this website. We do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and records standard request data (your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address.
• Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages are read. It sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Web3Forms delivers what you type into the contact form to our inbox and processes it only to deliver it.
• Cal.com handles call scheduling. The details you enter to book a meeting are collected by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
• The AI receptionist demo on this site is run by DGB Innovations. It is an AI system, not a person. What you type into it is sent to our AI model provider (currently Anthropic) to generate the reply, is not used to train any model, and is not used for advertising. We do not keep a transcript of text chats; if you ask for a follow-up, the details you give reach us so we can reply. It can make mistakes: our written quotes and agreements, and Drew, have the final word, and nothing the assistant says changes them.
• The AI voice receptionist demo is an AI assistant, not a person, and every call opens by saying so and that the call may be recorded. Vapi runs the call in your browser over Daily's real-time audio service, and OpenAI's realtime model hears what you say and generates the spoken reply. Vapi may keep the call recording and transcript in our account so we can review and improve the demo. We do not use them for advertising or sell them. If you do not want to be recorded, do not start a call; call or text us at 706-949-5213 instead.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DGB Innovations, our clients, or others.

4. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics, both described above, to measure aggregate usage. Google Analytics sets cookies, so it loads only if you say yes: on your first visit a small prompt asks whether we may use analytics cookies, and until you accept, Google Analytics is never loaded and never contacted. If you decline, it stays off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and do not ask. You can change your answer at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites. We run no advertising pixels and do not sell or share your data for cross-site advertising. This site does not otherwise change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.

5. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and booking information, and any voice demo recordings and transcripts, for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide services you request, and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. 7. Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site and portfolio may link to client websites and third-party tools that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
